For those of you who are not quite the nerds that Andy and I are, The 4400 is a sci-fi type show about 4400 people who were taken by people in the future to come back (with special powers) to save the future in the past. If that makes sense. Anyway, all of the people are taken from the Seattle area (attempt at a clever blog entry title)... and this week, Andy, Maren and I went to visit Tony (Andy's bro) and his wife Andrea
in their very cool digs in Seattle. Neither Andy or had ever been there before, so it was quite a thrill: mountains, an ocean, a beach, a forest, the Sleepless in Seattle house, the famous flying fishmarket--all within a few square miles. The weather was HOT. No one has air conditioning in Seattle. But they do have unbelievable views, a ballpark that makes me want to pay
some taxes to get us a ballpark like that, and two great people who loved up Maren and welcomed us with great hospitality and fine tours of the many quaint and stunning parts of Seattle. Thanks, T and A!
