Last weekend we baptized little Luke up at the cabin (in, ironically, Devil's Lake), and it was a wonderful event. Along with his cousin, Nicholas, Luke was oohed and aahed over, and baptized in the coolest baptism ceremony ever. It was a lot last-minute, and a lot that we left up to chance... or God?... and it went over wonderfully.
I did, however, forget my camera. I know, I know, what kind of mother forgets her camera when her child is getting baptized (especially when I remember it when we go to the grocery store, you know, just in case they do something I want captured in photographic memory).... but I did. So, these pictures are courtesy of friends and family at the event.
