Every year, Youth Frontiers hosts an end of the year celebration on a boat on Lake Minnetonka. It's always a good time! And every year, Jane Leyden Cavanaugh creates some sort of performance piece. This year was Maren's debut performance, singing "Summertime", YF style, with all the pregger (or pregger'ed) ladies, known as the Hot Momma's. An excerpt of the piece goes something like this: "Summertime and YF'n ain't easy...Our thighs are plumpin', and our temper's are high...your dad ain't rich... but your momma's good looking... hush little baby, don't you cry!" A debut performance she can be proud of.
